Welcome to Our First Blog Post!
Hello to our lovely guests, friends and family, and welcome to our very first newsletter! Now that the holidays are in full swing, we FINALLY have a second to sit down, reach out to all of you and catch up!
First and foremost, we want to begin by saying THANK YOU! A thousand times, thank you. Since signing our lease this past spring, we have grown so exponentially in such a short time. It was a long, hot summer of work but we enjoyed every second of living in our dusty, sweltering building during our preparation to make it into a beautiful space. (HUGE shoutout to JA Morris, our dedicated friends, our generous family members and of COURSE Caylen's husband, Steve.)
Between deciding what products to offer you, building our fantastic team, creating our branding and YES - even doing fun things like drilling through our main water line – we never once forgot that we could not have done any of these things without the support and loyalty of our clients. Your patience during our long days and crazy schedules has been invaluable. We are so flattered and we can’t tell you enough how lucky we feel to have people like you in our corner.
That being said, we want to let you in on what this upcoming season has in store…
As many of you know, we are running retail specials the whole month of November. All of our retail will be 15% off. Yes, EVERYTHING! This is our way of thanking you for your loyalty throughout the year. If this can alleviate at least a tiny bit of the financial stress that we all know the holiday season can bring, we are more than happy to help out. Benefit from this promotion by stocking up for yourself or picking up last minute gifts for friends and family.
In addition to this, our gift cards will be on special the whole month of December. For every $100 you spend on gift cards – whether it’s all on one or split up onto multiple cards – you will receive an additional $10 on us. Our gift cards are valid for both retail and services! You can keep this extra gift for yourself (you deserve it for surviving holidays!), gift it to someone who you know would love to come see us, or donate it to our holiday charity. Which leads us into our next exciting announcement…
We are thrilled to be working with the Family Support Center of the South Sound this winter. We will be adopting a family for the holiday. In the studio, you will see a tree up with tags of what they are in need of; stop in any time, take one, then drop off your gift anytime before December 19th! If you are unable to go out and make specific purchases for our family but still want to participate, consider picking up a gift card to a supermarket or department store such as Target or WalMart next time you find yourself at one of these places. It goes without saying that anything will be helpful.
As many of you have noticed, we have some new faces around the studio. Our front desk support team has been beyond helpful. Thanks to them, we have more time freed up to better focus on our guests and work with our new talent. Dani and Jade, we LOVE you! In addition to this, we also have our first associate! We are thrilled to bring you Lexi, who is pioneering our associate program! New to us from the Summit Salon Academy, she has been working with us side by side to further advance her skills. She has proven to be a HUGE asset to our company and a key part in better serving you.
These past few months have been such a crazy whirlwind and we are so happy to have had you all by our side. You have supported us with your loyalty, advice, referrals and all of the well wishes. We hope your holiday season is full of joy and family, and we look forward to sharing it with you!
