Owner and Co-founder Emma Blume is a certified extension educator, educating in the Pacific Northwest area. Only after extensive training and model applications are our stylists qualified to service extension guests. This ensures the confidence that your application will be perfectly professional, healthy and knowledgable, start to finish.

The hair we use in studio is not only truly 100% remy hair, but it is contracted to be the top 20% of the world's best hair, the rest being sold to other competitors. Grade A, fully in tact cuticle, and ethically sourced from healthy donors - our hair is prepared in water that is free of harmful minerals, and uses no silicones that create a short-lived, false sense of quality.
With proper care and maintenance, our hair extensions can last anywhere between a few months, to over a year, depending on the method that is most suitable to each individual’s needs.

Hailing from El Paso, TX, Vic brings to us a down-to-earth and fun vibe. She originally went to college to become a teacher, but soon realized that she needed a more effective outlet to use her creative side. Vic loves collecting vintage Coach bags and she commits to follow-through on any goals she sets. Fun fact, she had the first set of fraternal twins in her family. That being said, she loves the flexibility her job gives her to allow her to prioritize the things she values in life.

A girl's girl through and through, Cass is ready to be your new skin bestie. Having had a very personal skincare journey, she has a deep passion for results-driven treatments. She likes scrapbooking and Gilmore Girls, and her favorite way to relax is by getting a facial. From waxing to dermaplaning, Cassie has something to offer to everyone.

Izze comes to us from Missoula, MT. Particularly skilled in 3D arts like clay work and crocheting , her talent translates beautifully to her craft at work. She loves her cats - Pesto and Pawsta, and her Beta fish, Jackson, even if he is a violent being. She doesn't like coconut, but will talk to you about cults all day long. Izze is both funny and talented, and brings a fresh energy to each visit with her.

With a background in hospitality, Reese comes to us with a strong love for customer service. Because she loves spending time making people feel cared for, she chose to continue her career path in cosmetology. Reese possesses a passion for color services that aren't necessarily your run of the mill, everyday color. Nothing tops a day of fishing, but she can not STAND having to wear wet clothes.

From Yelm, WA, Monet is the proud owner of an AA degree, despite the challenge of being a “Covid Graduate”. Being the 5th daughter in a family of all girls, she deeply understands and values the connection between looking and feeling your best. Her current favorite service is any balayage. Monet loves that in just a matter of hours, she can make a big difference in someone’s outlook on themselves. She also loves Alice Cooper and Billy Idol, and will always talk about her favorite pastas with you. Ask her about the latest book she’s reading, and enjoy your visit with her!

Mae has a passion for educating others about their hair, and deeply values building her community while doing it. If you are interested a silent appointment, Mae is a great option for you! A small act of self-care she enjoys is cuddling her labradoodles, Henney and Mabel, every morning. Her hobbies range from crafting to working out, but she does not particularly enjoy sitting down to read.

Talented in both painting and drawing - artistic Natalie comes to us from Grays Harbor. She loves her little dog Rory, and that she lives only 20 minutes from the beach. Because history and English were her favorite subjects in school, Natalie has many interests to talk about. If you need recommendations for a historical fiction read, she's the person to ask!

Co-founder of loft., Emma was raised in Hawk's Prairie before the community we see today even existed. She has been in the industry since 2010. Most days, you will find her in her office working on everything behind the scenes. She finds customer service a more enjoyable than it should be. She is married with four kids, two dogs, and several chickens. She loves all things holistic, sustainable and health & wellness.

loft's co-founder Caylen comes from Lake Oswego, OR. She has an expansive background in education with L'Oreal Professionel, and continues to share her knowledge by leading our Education Program and growing our Externs and Associates. If you've worked with them - she's trained them! She lives here in town with her husband, three children, two dogs and two cats. Caylen enjoys quilting, throwing pottery, and cardio.
