At loft. we are proud to have partnered with L'Oreal Professionel, Redken 707 Flora + HydroPeptide. We enjoy these products in the studio as well as offering them for home care. As a company, we take this choice very seriously, as we want to ensure your experience begins and ends with success. This experience not only includes the time of your visit, but the knowledge and tools to maintain your look beyond your visit with us. Backed by years of extensive research and powerful growth, we wholeheartedly believe these lines offer the high-end variety of trusted products to be able to serve each and every one of our guests' needs.
loft. a hair studio is owned by Emma McSharry + Caylen Chapman. Both have a strong background in education through both L'Oreal + Redken, among many others. At loft., we are a learning salon. We create our growth by bringing in externs and associates. In doing so, we are able to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests, as they are always being taken care of. In addition, we have created a culture where everyone is a familiar face with a consistent level of work.

Owner and master stylist at loft., Caylen brings exceptional skill to our studio. With her work experience ranging from Portland, OR all the way up to Bellevue, WA, she brings her guests an unparalleled level of versatility. For many years, Caylen was traveling and educating for L’Oreal. This provides our team with a boundless wealth of knowledge available to us at our fingertips. With over two decades in the industry working on all sides of the chair, we are thrilled to have her as a mentor for our team.

Owner and master stylist at loft., Emma is originally from the Hawk's Prairie area. Color specialist, extension perfectionist - she holds certifications through multiple professional companies, offering a wide repertoire of skills. When she is working behind the chair, her favorite services are extensions and a good Brazilian Blowout. She is proud to have partnered with Caylen to bring you the best and brightest salon team to ensure every salon visit is nothing short of an experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

A familiar face to all of our guests! A PNW native, Dani is a master esthetician with several years in the health & wellness industry. Her number one priority is helping her clients achieve feeling their best self. She is committed to continuing her education in order to bring her clients the latest skin care treatments & spa experiences. When she's not in the treatment room, you can likely find her planning her next travel getaway!

Hailing from El Paso, TX, Vic originally went to college to become a teacher but soon realized that she needed a more effective outlet for making people happy and using her creative side. Her favorite services are balayages or vivid coloring, but she truly just loves to see the smiles on her clients' faces when she turns the chair. Not only did she want to be creative in her career, but to continue to meet new people and learn as much as she can in this ever-changing industry.

Our resident LA native, Brittany has been licensed for 17 years and has worked at many salons across the country. Her favorite part about her career is the ability to pair her creativity with her desire to help others feel as happy and confident as they possibly can in their own skin. Always staying well versed in the latest trends, her favorite services include fashion colors, lightening services and sewn-in extensions.

Izze comes to us from Missoula, MT. We are thrilled to have her on our team, considering her career choices were either becoming a hairdresser or a plumber by trade. Izze brings a fun energy to the studio, and she will keep you laughing while providing exceptional service. She is talented in all areas, but is exceptionally skilled in Brazilian Blowouts and extensions.

The aspect of meeting and connecting with new people is one of her favorite parts of the job. She likes to stay current with new trends and continued education. From Yelm, WA, Monet is the proud owner of an AA degree, despite the challenge of being a “Covid Graduate”. Being the 5th daughter in a family of all girls, she deeply understands and values the connection between looking and feeling your best. Her current favorite service is any balayage. Monet loves that in just a matter of hours, she can make a big difference in someone’s outlook on themselves. She also loves Alice Cooper and Billy Idol, and will always talk about her favorite pastas with you. Ask her about the latest book she’s reading, and enjoy your visit with her!

*in order to secure your reservation, we require a credit card on file. our software is encrypted, and all information is kept confidential and inaccessible.
*please make sure your mobile phone number and email are up to date to
receive appointment reminders and confirmations.
*any cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
*any cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee.
*any "no-show" appointments will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee.
that being said, we absolutely understand that life happens, and we understand that at times, circumstances can be beyond your control. we do our best to accommodate these situations.
*like most salons, we do not offer refunds on services. if we did not meet your expectations, any re-do service is complimentary within 2 weeks of your original appointment date, no questions asked.
